The by-laws above are being revised. At recent meetings of the Club's Board of Directors, some minor changes have been prepared for presentation to the membership at the luncheon meeting on June 16. Available for download or viewing are the drafts of the documents for both sides of our organization. Each of those are in two formats; a .doc file with "change tracking" enabled so that readers can see the differences and a .pdf file that reflects the final version if all proposed changes are accepted.
