Community Allocations
Chair: Tony DiGiovanni & Bob Mull
The Ann Arbor Rotary Club annually awards up to $50,000 in grants to local not-for-profit organizations that support the Club's goal of "Helping Kids Succeed.” The Committee recommends recipients for grants of up to $5,000 per organization. Funding commitments are for a single year.
Organizations interested in applying need to reference the most current application process and forms. See Grant Information. Awards are made annually. Grant applications must be submitted by the end of March. Successful recipients will be announced in late May.
The work of the Committee is concentrated in the period between receipt of applications and making recommendations to the Board of Directors. Monthly meetings review the effectiveness of the grant process and outcomes with a goal for continuous improvement.
